We “found” each other through an inquiry I made on the first property I had an interest in. From there we developed a strong buyer/realtor relationship and now we are friends. When we found the house I wanted to make an offer on, he wrote the offer with everything I asked for (though I think he thought I was a little crazy) and with very little negotiating, I was under contract. But he didn’t stop there. He fought for me prior to closing, and at closing. There were a few issues with the house and he fought for me until I was satisfied. He did it all with only my best interest in mind. He is professional, polite and a true gentleman.”
